Not veg, but encourage a diet heavy in plants & local food.

Our menu this week & ways to keep your meat eaters happy:

*French Market Soup (veg & barley), crusty bread, homemade hummus (add ham/real chunks of bacon to the soup)
*Spaghetti and buttery broccoli (add meat balls)
*Cuban beans & rice, green beans, chips & salsa (add ground beef) - we also do Taco night frequently
*Spinach feta quiche, mashed sweet potatoes, kale chips (maybe make a second quiche with cheese & bacon/ham)
*Pesto over tortellini, broccoli and spinach ricotta bites (add side of breaded/pan fried chicken breast)
*Homemade pizza and romaine salad with feta & olive oil/lemon/dill dressing (add pepperoni/sausage as toppings option)

You're right, could just be a week & then back to bacon, but awesome that you're open to her interests.
xoxoAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14699115888281860064noreply@blogger.com
